7. DELIVERY
7.1 TheFloraStore.com provides complimentary free delivery for all orders in select cities. A signature will be required on delivery of all orders.
7.2 All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day, otherwise they may be sent out the following working day.
7.4 Note an email notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre.
7.5 TheFloraStore.com may not be held liable for late delivery. This is often the result of a third party logistics provider. Additionally during Christmas and other seasonal periods, please allow an extra few days for your order to arrive.
7.6 TheFloraStore.com reserves the right to delay the dispatch of goods if we are investigating possible fraudulent transactions.
7.7 Mid Night delivery will take place between 22:30 hrs -24:00 hrs
8. ORDER PAYMENT
8.1 Our card processing facilities allow us to accept most credit and debit cards including:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa Electron to complete a purchase.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
9.2 If you cancel your order BEFORE your goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre, no charge whatsoever will be applicable.
9.4 We cannot accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, opened or when the purchased item is delivered
10. RETURNS POLICY: DAMAGED ITEMS & ORDER DISCREPANCIES
we make every effort to ensure your TheFloraStore.com order is received by you in perfect condition, occasionally errors may occur. As part of our customer commitment and quality assurance program we will try our utmost to resolve these issues promptly.
10.1 If you would like to return any damaged item/s or there are discrepancies with your order please follow our CANCELATION & RETURNS PROCEDURE and notify our customer services department with details of your order within 1 working day of order receipt. We will be unable to issue a refund, if we are not notified within 1 business day.
10.2 Faulty Item/s must be returned to our distribution centre in their original condition, unopened and unused with proper packaging within 1 day of receiving your order. Any free gifts associated with an item must also be returned at the same time.
10.3 Return postage costs will only be refunded in the event that the goods being returned were subject to an error on part of TheFloraStore.com & its suppliers. Any replacement will be sent with no further Delivery and Packaging cost.
11. CALL MONITORING
Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and security purposes.
